Day 233 / 365 - Nyquil! Finally, sweet sleep...

Due to my going-on-ten-days illness, the launch of the podcasting services here at QAQN is regrettably being pushed back to March 19th. I had hoped that this would be no more than your run-of-the-mill cold, which, for me, usually lasts about two or three days. Unfortunately, this was much more than a mere cold. My throat swelled up to the point where I was unable to eat or drink for nearly two days, and I’m just tonight starting to get back to normal thanks to a doctor visit yesterday.

Despite my throat opening up, my nasal problems persist somewhat and I’m still feeling run-down. I hope that going to bed early tonight (as I have been for the past week) will straighten things out.

Over the next few weeks I’ll be offering some free consults – what amount to practice sessions for me! – and if you have any interest in some free one-on-one with me, sign up for my newsletter and you’ll be the first to know when new times open!

It’s that time of year, folks. Take your vitamins, drink plenty of water, and get some good sleep. Be well!
