Wednesday Roundup

The past couple of weeks have been exciting. I’ve started promoting my upcoming podcast consulting services, published several great episodes and made some appearances elsewhere around the web. Here’s a little recap of what’s been going on.

Inside Internet Marketing has been on fire, nearly overtaking Geek Dads Weekly for the number of monthly downloads. Since returning from Affiliate Summit West, I’ve published interviews with Jill Swartwout, Eric Nagel and Tricia Meyer. Each was a great guest and had some awesome stories to tell. I also published my Affiliate Summit West 2011 recap as an IIM episode.

Geek Dads Weekly has been great too, with shows covering a wide range of topics. We’ve talked recently about potty training, podcasting gear, Barefoot Books and a new contest, cyberbullying, and saving our friend’s mother.

Yet Another Weight Loss Show has seen two new episodes since the long break! Episodes four and five detail my new medical problems and how I’m dealing with them.

I recorded a podcast about podcasting with Shawn Collins for the site that he runs with Jim Kukral. In it, I go over what it takes to start podcasting, what kind of gear I’ve used, and what advice I have for people that are just starting out or want to start out. You’ll need to begin a free membership at to listen to this episode.

The Road to Thin project with Kevin, PJ and Drew is going well. If you’re interested in seeing how four average guys drop at least 50 pounds each and get into better shape, check us out. We post articles daily and there’s a bi-weekly podcast.

During Affiliate Summit West 2011 I was interviewed on camera for a promotional video that was just released. Watch me give a one-liner about how great Summit is, I’m right around the 36 second mark.

All in all, a great start to the new year!
