I don’t know what it is, but I’m not feeling quite right. The show went well, I perked up after a few minutes, and it’s great that I’m down a few pounds since the last episode, but… for some reason I’m just not feeling quite right.
I’m sure it will pass. Probably I just need a good night’s sleep or something. More likely, I just need to avoid Facebook and Twitter because there’s a lot of things going on right now that are, frankly, depressing me. The risk of course, is that when I’m feeling down, I start to overeat. But I’m trying, despite how I feel. I’m really trying.
And isn’t that the whole point?
