It was a good week, full of exercise and weight loss. There’s not much more I could ask for. Or is there?
In this episode, recorded late last night, I describe how I’ve been riding my bike in the early evenings more and more over the past few weeks, culminating in 31 miles last week alone. Let’s see if I can do 40 this week. I also tell a story that might make me look like a jerk, but you know you have thoughts like these too, sometimes. We’re only human, after all.
